The main house has been set up to maintain owners area separate to guest bedrooms and living areas. Or if more than 1 family buys this property, then you can easily designate some areas to different age groups ( if that suits you better). There are also independent cabins on the property, which are very cute, and a Merry Barn. Whether you use the barn for a wedding, or maybe to house a car collection, there are options here. The sand volley ball court is alongside, for those with plenty of energy - or maybe a competitive spirit. Wander down to the estuary edge, where the limbs of ancient pohutukawa pose a spectacular frame for enjoying the quiet water's edge. The nesting birds, and fish splashing, will sooth your soul. Keen on kayaking or surfing? Then paddle across the water to sand dunes, on the other side of which you will find the long white stretch of Waipu Cove Beach. There is a very well supported Surf Life-saving Club at the southern end of Waipu Cove - perhaps you may like to join.
