A stratum estate in freehold being Section 2 Survey Office Plan 66497 and Part Maungakawakawa 20 Block referred to in CT NA112A/736 North Auckland Registry is offered for sale by G A Mortimer Sheriff at Auckland, acting on behalf of Shearing Services Kamupene Limited (In Liquidation) who have obtained judgment in the High Court at Whangarei. The solicitor for Shearing Services Kamupene Limited (In Liquidation) is Gareth Neil of Meredith Connell, Solicitors, Auckland.

The property comprises a 134.3829ha land holding comprising mostly bush/scrub with minimal pasture located just south of the Kaikohe Aerodrome.
