Conditions of Sale

• The vehicle is sold for parts, repair, dismantling or restoration, strictly on an “as is, where is” basis, in its current condition and with all faults.
• The vehicle may contain significant defects including mechanical, structural, electrical, safety related, water related, corrosion-related, fire-related or latent defects, whether known or unknown, visible or hidden and not reasonably identifiable on inspection.
• The seller provides no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the vehicle’s condition, suitability, safety, fitness for any particular purpose, repairability, or its ability to be repaired, certified or re registered.
• Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and must rely entirely on their own inspection, assessment, and enquiries before bidding. Any information provided in this listing is for general guidance and does not replace the buyer’s independent evaluation.
• No test drives permitted. The vehicle must be removed by transporter at the buyer’s cost.
• A forklift may have been used to move the vehicle and the buyer accepts the risk of forklift-related damage.
• All bids are final and binding.
• Payment is due within 1 business day of auction close. The vehicle must be collected within 3 business days after which storage fees will apply at a rate of $15- $35 (plus GST) per day.
• The vehicle will be released only after full payment is received and the buyer has signed a Vehicle Sale and Purchase Agreement.
• This sale is subject to the seller’s Terms and Conditions of Sale.
