At the request of the mortgagee, in exercise of the power of sale contained in mortgage instrument number 13070991.3, and on application to the Registrar of the High Court at Hamilton, on 29 July 2026 at 12:30pm, Lodge Real Estate will offer the following land for sale by public auction at their premises at 28 Harwood Street, Hamilton Central, Hamilton.

a. 1907 River Road, Flagstaff, Hamilton, being an estate in fee simple comprising 1,356m² more or less and being lot 4 Deposited Plan 575451 and being the land comprised and described in Record of Title 1056490 (South Auckland Registry).

b. 1909 River Road, Flagstaff, Hamilton, being an estate in fee simple comprising 1,238m² more or less and being lot 3 Deposited Plan 575451 and being the land comprised and described in Record of Title 1056489 (South Auckland Registry).

The Particulars and Conditions of sale may be inspected at the office of the Registrar without payment of any fee at any time between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
