MORTGAGEE TENDER - 111 Waitakere Road, Waitakere Home and Lots of Land! - 2.0135ha

Don't miss out on this 2.0135ha sanctuary, just perfect for large and extended families, people who love privacy or investors looking to develop or landbank.

The mostly level land has been neglected although this leaves you with the opportunity to transform the property into your vision.

According to a past advertisement, the main home has six bedrooms, with two living areas, two kitchens, two bathrooms, and two laundry rooms, suitable for extended family.

A Resource Consent for six proposed residential lots was granted by the City Council in October 2016. The potential here is abundant. You may enjoy living green with a country lifestyle, bring your architect, or just keep it as a rental, field grazing or land bank.

Situated in the popular Kumeu / Swanson area, a few minutes' drive takes you to supermarkets, schools, and various amenities. Motorway 16 makes it handy to get to ever-growing Northwest Shopping Mall and Auckland CBD.
