Description
This facility processes raw milk into UHT treated milk, cream and flavored milk products into tetra-type cartons of 250ml. It comprises of five lines of fillers that have a maximum capacity yielding 25,000 bricks/hour with a maximum of 100,000 litres over 24 hours.
The plant is a New Zealand MPI-approved UHT processor that meets all relevant requirements for testing, i.e. milk content, acidity, trace elements, commercial sterility in either in-house or external contract laboratories.
The site is held in one Fee Simple (Freehold) title of 12,084m² of land with a total gross floor area of approximately 5,389m², and is located at 20 Maleme Street, Tauranga.
